We want you to always be satisfied with our work. If we can not find you a flight routing using your miles we will refund your money back to you.
If you aren't satisfied that we've done everything in our power to try and help you, just ask for a refund of our service fees and you'll get it*.
Just contact us within 10 days of the end of your trip, explain what happened, and we'll send you a refund.
Remember, flexibility is required with milage bookings. We'll do our best to get you on the flight you want , but flights often sell out or are unavailable. If you think that we haven't tried our best to find every possible alternative, just let us know. We want you to be satisfied but we can't make miracles appear every time.
*Refund is subject to our Terms and Conditions, refunds will not be issued if we are able to find you a booking that you are not satisfied with but we will continue to monitor award space until your departure date for you.
