The Process
Step 1
Purchase the Simple Award Help Package and fill out all relevant data in the form. It will ask you for flight dates, destinations, where you have miles and more
Step 2
Within 24 hours of receiving the request we will show you all available flight options that fit your available miles. We will break down expected costs in miles and taxes and fees as we don't want there to be any last minute surprises.
Step 3
Pick your flights and book them on your own. Its as simple as that. The availability that we quote is live on an ever changing marketplace. We can not be responsible if your flight is no longer available when you are ready to book. We suggest that you book immediately after flights are quoted out to you.

Step 4 (Optional)
We will set up an online meeting where we will assist you in transferring your miles, if necessary and with booking the options available. This will involve downloading GoToMeeting.com software and may require a phone call to the airlines itself.

Many times the flights you want, many other people want too. Airlines are releasing less and less award space and making it harder to redeem your valuable miles.

With Simple Award Help, as long as we find you options on the dates selected, no refunds will be issued. Flexibility may be required in order to book you with options that are more closely suited towards your needs.
